The 28th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, opening from 12-14 November 2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, has entered the final preparatory sprint. Organized by the All China Bakery Association, Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd, this global professional food and beverage industry exhibition will cover a massive 200,000 sqm across all halls, gathering 3,000+ global premium exhibitors and 300,000+ unique exhibits, creating an annual feast for food trade and cultural exchange.
