Frozen Red Dragon Fruit Puree is produced from carefully selected ripe red-fleshed dragon fruits (Hylocereus polyrhizus) harvested from certified growing regions in Vietnam. The fruits are washed, peeled, and processed into smooth puree before being rapidly frozen using advanced freezing technology to preserve their natural vibrant color, refreshing taste, and nutritional value. Thanks to the quick-freezing process immediately after processing, the puree maintains the original freshness and characteristic appearance of natural dragon fruit, ensuring stable quality for industrial processing, foodservice, and retail applications. Available in flexible export packaging formats: PE inner liner cartons (5 kg / 10 kg). Aseptic bags or plastic pails (industrial use). Retail packs (500 g – 2 kg). Customized packaging upon request.
