Soya flour is a fine powder obtained from 100% Non-GMO Soyabean with the process of dehulling, flaking, extracting, desolventizing, and grinding. When added to baked goods, soya flour can improve their nutritional value, mainly increasing their protein content, and enhancing texture via lipid oxidation. Functions: Nutritional Value, Crumb Whitener, Water holding capacity improver, Gas retention, Egg and non-fat dry milk replacer.
